Conference fees

Each Computation Methods in Water Resources Conference is financially independent and is run on a not for profit basis. Your registration fee is used to cover the costs of:

• Keynote speakers
• Lunch on each of 4 days, a conference dinner, icebreaker and city welcome reception.
• Proceedings publication
• Facilities
• Organisation

The registration fees are (1 Euro is approximately US$1.20):

    Early registration: 575 Euro

    Early student registration: 450 Euro

    Late registration: 700 Euro

    Late student registration: 550 Euro

    Companion fee, icebreaker: 20  Euro

    Companion fee, dinner: 90 Euro.

To be able to pay conference fees or book hotels, you must have a user account. Please Login to create a new user account or to access your existing information.

Note that conference registration and abstract submittal require separate logins and passwords because they are administered at two different WWW sites.

Reservations

When you have registered your participation in the conference you will be able to access to online registration fee payment, hotel reservation and participation in social events etc.

Cancellation rules

Refunds on the conference registration fee can be obtained up to one month before the meeting. Please apply to Mia Clausen (mia@miacon.dk) Note that an administrative fee equal to 15% of the conference fee will be charged on all refunds. Refunds after May 18 will only be available in exceptional circumstances.

Hotel deposits will only be refunded if the cancelled room is reallocated to a third party.
