Visa Requirements Denmark is a member of the Schengen Convention. Citizens from a number of countries outside Western Europe and North America may need to obtain a Schengen Visa before traveling to Denmark. For details on how to apply for a visa, see The Danish Immigration Service or contact the local diplomatic representation of Denmark or any other Schengen country. A personal invitation from the organizing committee stating name, address and the expected period of the stay may be required. Invitations are provided by the organisers on request. Note that processing a visa application may take several months. Please note that MiaCon is not responsible for issuing visas. If you need a letter of invitation for your visa, please contact MIACON. ![]() ![]() |
